When a dispute opens
When the two submitted results disagree, or when one side does not submit within the reporting window.
How it is decided
Both sides are asked for evidence. A reviewer decides on what has been submitted. Where the evidence does not support either account, the contest is voided and any entry fee is returned.
The decision and its reason are recorded against the contest and are visible to both participants.
Timing
We aim to decide a dispute within 48 hours of receiving evidence from both sides. A contest is held, and nothing is paid, until it is decided.
