What we hold
Your email address, the gamertags you link, the contests you enter, the results and evidence you submit, and the territory resolved for your requests.
We record the country and region a request appears to come from in order to apply the correct territory rules. We do not store IP addresses alongside it.
Identity verification
Where verification is required, it is carried out by a third-party provider. We store that provider’s reference and its decision. We do not store your identity documents.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing to an address captured in a territory where the product it describes is not available.
